Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it in accordance with the policy below.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@ricco.co.in within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your order number
• Your delivery address
• The reason for your return

Once we have received your request, we will provide you with further instructions. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

Return Conditions

All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is returned in an unsuitable condition.

Return Postage

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

We strongly recommend obtaining a Certificate of Posting from Royal Mail when returning your item. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or do not reach us.
